KUALA LUMPUR, 5 March 2023: One of the largest Southeast Asia furniture fairs returns this 7-10 March at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Export Furniture Exhibition (EFE) is the signature event of the Malaysian Furniture Council (MFC), the only national furniture organization that represents the interests of the furniture sector, including Bumiputra furniture entrepreneurs and the 13 States Furniture Associations of Malaysia. EFE Expo Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MFC, oversees organizing the expo.

EFE’s 16^th exhibition in 2023is anticipated to draw more customers and tourists with quality buyers from more than 140 countries and regions, nearly 400 suppliers from Malaysia and ASEAN will occupy 8 halls with a 45,000 sqm market floor which is 28.0% bigger compared to the last exhibition in 2019 (35,000 sqm). There were 5,198 local visitors, a 15% increase, and 8,639 overseas customers, a rise of 10% over 2018. To EFE's most recent show, there was an overall 15% rise.

The larger size follows with an increase of exhibitors such as Getha Bedding (M) Sdn Bhd, Wansern Foam Industry, Zolano Design Sdn Bhd, Marcoco Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd, and many other Malaysian and international brands that are to display their high-quality furniture. To give buyers and visitors a thorough, in-depth representation of what is now available in the furniture and furnishings sector, all the major Malaysian and many international brands will be present. This Southeast Asian furniture fair is a must-attend event for everyone.
